The Terrorist is an interesting read that I believe will appeal to readers of Blythe Woolston's Black Helicopters. While not as bleak, it definitely makes you question and think.

Topic of The Terrorist is one that will remain relevant for a long time because the threat of terrorism is persistent/5(60). A scavenger who is fascinated by Nazi artifacts, Trader finds life on an Army base near Munich agreeable, even though danger seems ever ready to reach out for him (see Trader Wooly and the Secret of the Lost Nazi Treasure); here, under an old abandoned mansion, he comes upon a secret cache of finely made toy trains and small, remote-control bombs--also toylike, but quite deadly.

"The Spy and the Traitor" focuses on Oleg Gordievsky, who was a KGB agent but was also secretly spying for the British intelligence service in the s and 80s. I didn't know much about Gordievsky before starting this book, which made the true story seem all the more incredible/5.

Caroline B. Cooney's controversial book The Terrorist was banned by numerous organizations because of its broad stereotypes, particularly of Muslims.

It follows the story of Laura Williams, an American student living in London, whose brother was killed by an anonymous package bomb in a subway station/5. The novel follows a non-linear narrative structure, beginning at a point approximately midway through the overall plot.

The narrative switches among multiple viewpoint characters and uses both third- and first-person narrative (the latter in the form of Dr. Goodsir's diary entries).Author: Dan Simmons. Plot introduction. The story centers on an American-born Muslim teenager named Ahmad Ashmawy Mulloy, although Ahmad’s high school life guidance counselor, Jack Levy, also plays a central novel seeks to explore the worldview and motivations of religious fundamentalists (specifically within Islam), while at the same time dissecting the morals and lifeways of residents of the fictional Author: John Updike.
